The designs for the Summer urns have been influenced by the rich colours of hollyhocks. I found a picture of these beautiful flowers in rich purples and pinks and they seem to work well in evoking blue skies, gardens filled with colour and scent, the buzz of bees and warm temperatures - Summer urns will suit those with an equally sunny temperament - yourself included.

This design has a close fitting lid but this could be augmented with glue if you want to be sure of a permanent closure. The flowers can either be added in a spiral around the vessel, as in the top picture, or arranged as a V on the front with one larger flower on the back, as in the smaller pictures.

Summer urns can be made in other colour combinations if your preference is to remember strong reds and blacks of poppies, or the bright sunshine colours of sunflowers, for example.

The purchase price includes an inner bag for ashes, packaging and delivery. Whenever possible I use recycled packaging – please advise if you prefer new wrappings.
